The Developer’s Second Project
The Serene Crest Apartments, located along the main KG 19 Avenue in Kibagabaga Kigali Rwanda was the developer’s second project after Hamilton Court. The project was completed in 2016 and it consisted of 23 two and three-bedroom apartments, all self-contained. These units share a pool, parking lot, and a mini gym. The rentals in this project are between $800 and $1800 per month fully furnished. They were all sold out off plan.
